Prompt, Personal and Effective Service
I have made it a goal of my practice that you and your case will not get lost in the shuffle. In too many law firms your case only gets attention if there is a deadline or if you are a “squeaky wheel.” That will not happen here, and you won't need to be a “squeaky wheel.”
In order to make that happen, I have three goals for my service to you:
- I will attend to your case promptly.
- I will provide you with personal service.
- I will provide effective service.
PROMPTNESS is something that clients find very rewarding. I have made it my goal to deal with issues as soon as they come up. You will not have to wait unreasonably for a response from me or for me to take the next step. Of course, I can't promise immediate answers and return calls (I may be out of the office for the day), but I will get back to you or deal with your problem in a reasonable time-frame.
How do I do that? I keep my caseload manageable. Sometimes, even with a manageable caseload, there are times when I have a crunch and cannot get to something right away. However, with a smaller caseload I can plan for and minimize such occurrences. An attorney who is trying to balance a large caseload cannot plan ahead and minimize the effect of crunch times --- and the less urgent cases tend to get pushed aside. That won't happen here.
PERSONAL SERVICE is another highly valued aspect of my practice. I don't employ associates or paralegals or secretaries. I answer my own phone and you won't have to go through a gatekeeper to get to me. I know my cases intimately and don't have to rely on my staff to tell me what is happening.
EFFECTIVE SERVICE is the capstone of a client's aim in hiring an attorney. I know the law, I know the USCIS and the Department of State, and I know how to accomplish what you want. I am careful and thorough, and I make sure that it is done right.
