If after the consult, you should choose to have me assist you I will quote a retainer and decide on the amount of the discount that I will give you. I generally will give a substantial discount off my standard rates for churches and pastors, and missionaries.

I apologize, but I can't give free representation, and, as with other clients, I must ask for full payment of the retainer up front. At these discounted rates, I need to be certain that I will be paid or I will not be able to continue to offer the discounts. I may ask for verification of your position. Due to time restraints and other concerns, I reserve the right, for any reason, to not give a free consultation and to not give any discount on my rates.
